TopShopSales.com sells products that we would use for our own personal use and at the same time guarantee that you receive exactly what you ordered according to the product description on the web site. Our service standards are second to none and back this up by offering you 100% satisfaction on our products. If your shipment is not satisfactory please contact us, we will replace it or accept a return of the merchandise.
Top Shop Sales has a 30 days return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. All items must be returned with an assigned return authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may experience processing delays. To initiate a return contact us to receive a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. Your RMA will be provided to you along with the return address to send your merchandise. Be sure to include your RMA number along with your returned merchandise. This RMA is be used to guarantee that you receive your credit in a timely manner.
In the rare case that a product is defective or the wrong item was shipped, we will send you a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item. For general returns, you are responsible for return postage. We recommend items be returned by with package tracking service to provide all parties involved with proof of delivery.
After we have received and inspected your returned merchandise only, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and at the same time notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund less restocking fee and shipping. If you do not receive your approved refund within a couple days, first check with your bank or credit card company, as it may take several days before your refund is reflected in the system. If you still have not received your refund after a lengthy period, please contact us.
In the unfortunate event that you are missing any parts, please do not contact the manufacturer or return your item to the manufacturer. Top Shop Sales will handle all the arrangement to resolve missing parts or defective items.
